Website design on Axure

Dee Massage is a spa, that provides multiple different services such as korean hand therapy and Swedish deep tissue massage. This website design focuses on task flows and consists of three flows, booking a session, viewing different services and signing up for an account. 

At the start of this project, I identified 3 key task flows and converted them into wire flows. This is so that I know what key pages to design and what processes to zoom in on when designing the website.

I created wireflow diagrams to play around with the rough layout of the website, and to optimize the task flows to make it as easy as possible for users to go through it.

In this flow, I wanted to focus on efficiency and wanted the process to be a fast process for the users. Thus, I designed the homepage and the login page and lastly the sign-up page for users to create an account.

For this wireframe, I wanted to focus on a simple and clean design. In the services page I used clear category headings for users to find the service they want easily. There is also the sort button that can help users find the service they're looking for faster. In the Service detail page, I wanted to include reviews so that users can quickly see what other people think of the service before booking it. I also added the different packages that come with that service so that the users don't have to navigate to another page to find the different packages. I wanted all the information to be available to the users in one page so that they'd be able to decide on a service and make a booking more efficiently.

Lastly, I designed the booking page. For this flow, I focused on efficiency. Ensuring that the user is able to make a booking with the least number of steps needed. Thus, I only designed 2 pages for the booking form. The first page being the booking details and the second page being the payment details. In the second page users can check the booking details to make sure that they've selected the right options. There is also a back button for users to change their details if needed. The last page is just a booking confirmation to show the users that their booking is in the system
